My goal is to put you in a position from which you can operate in a strong healthy and self-determined way, while taking into account your stress factors and resources.

Usually, when a burn out is looming, different aspects of your life have become imbalanced. For instance social contacts, nutrition, physical fitness, time-outs. Here we start with a special focus on your personal stress factors.


Root Cause Analysis

What factors or stressors caused you to end up in a position of absolute exhaustion and overload? Possible subjects could be your „inner motivator“, values and boundaries / conflict management.
